Abstract

Training in Hadrah Al-Banjari plays a crucial role in empowering communities, particularly cildern in Dusun Karanganyar. Hadrah Al-Banjari is an Islamic cultural art form that embodies religious, cultural, and social values, involving various elements of the community in its execution. This research aims to explore the role of Hadrah Al-Banjari training in empowering cildern in Dusun Karanganyar. The research methodology employed is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Findings indicate that Hadrah Al-Banjari training has a positive impact on empowering childern in Dusun Karanganyar. This training provides opportunities for childern to acquire new skills, enhance self-confidence, and strengthen solidarity and camaraderie among them. Furthermore, Hadrah Al-Banjari training also provides a space for childern to deepen their knowledge of Islamic religion and culture while promoting values of unity and harmony within the community. Thus, Hadrah Al-Banjari training can be considered an effective strategy in community empowerment efforts, particularly among childern at the RT/06 level in Dusun Karanganyar.
